If you are a speaker of a language other than English, you are very welcome to bring a friend or relative with you to translate. Alternatively, our reception staff can you book you an interpreter, please ask for a double appointment. We have access to the "Language Line", which is a telephone translation service of various languages. The interpreters are qualified advocates who can translate your healthcare needs to our clinicians and can also translate the clinicians comments to you.
If you would like a British Sign Language interpreter, we would be happy to book this service for you. Please provide as much notice as possible to ensure availability.
