At Gallions Reach Health Centre, we value your feedback and use it to make improvements to the way we provide care and services. Here are some of the changes we’ve made in response to what you’ve told us:
Call wait times are too long.
Introduced a new centralised phone system with call waiting and call-back features to reduce waiting times.
There aren’t enough online forms available each day.
Extended online consultation form access. It is now available from 8.00am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Registering as a new patient takes too long.
Launched a fully digital registration process so new patients can register quickly and easily online.
Text reminders for appointments are very helpful.
Reinstated our automatic text reminders, including the option to cancel your appointment directly from your phone if you can't attend.
