To all of my amazing angels, I want to express my gratitude for all your kindness and helpfulness that you have shown me throughout the year. The physio consultant was very friendly and professional. She took the time to explain carefully the prognosis and the steps to be taken to address my medical issues. She made me feel at ease throughout the consultation.

I was so impressed with Dr Chantelle who examined me and quickly referred me to the relevant departments including the musculoskeletal and the physiotherapist, who I was able to see in the same afternoon, as she was actually based in the surgery. I felt like a private patient getting 1st class care, and this has really helped with some of the worries I had about my symptoms. I feel like there has been some big improvements going on which are very noticeable.

We have been on a very stressful journey over the last few years as a family and I can say even through COVID…Gallions as a whole has been very supportive. Reception have always been polite and helpful, even on the odd occasion that I have called for advice in regards to my children etc. I suffer with anxiety, and I make a point of letting them know this as I think good communication is key. I feel we don’t use the GP unless necessary so they always meeting our needs and I never have to wait long to be seen, which I think is amazing considering how populated the area is. Nearly every GP that I have seen has been excellent and help me to understand what I am going through. The GP is managing my medication and has competently explained my condition and offered unlimited support so I understand what’s happening with my health. This has also applied to my sons health which all in all is improving and I am getting support from the paediatrician for his potential ADHD diagnosis. I extremely grateful for all the help we have received from the medical practice. 5 Stars.

I missed the call from the booking and was given another call. I was spoke to with respect and booked an appointment that was convenient for me. Having consulted with the doctor, I felt I was listened to and she focused on my needs. All in all, my patient care was brilliant. Thanks so much.

The online booking system and the call back is amazing, cannot fault it. Also, the doctor I saw was lovely. She was a trainee who wanted a 2nd opinion, so she got another doctor who was lovely. The reception staff are so lovely too.
