Improvements
After reviewing the results of the national patient survey, we identified key areas where we could improve to ensure our practice remains responsive and caring.
Here are some of the improvements we’ve made:
- Improved telephone access: We have restructured our appointment-booking system by expanding our online consultation forms, reducing phone wait times, and gaining a better understanding of your care needs so we can offer the most appropriate support.
- Support with the NHS App: We now have a designated member of staff who can help signpost patients to the NHS App and provide guidance on how to use it. Please ask if you would like assistance.
- Explaining the wider clinical team: We have improved how we communicate the roles and benefits of our wider clinical team, helping you better understand how different professionals can support your care.
- This year, we also conducted our first local patient survey to gather broader feedback from our community. Please refer to the Local Patient Survey section for further details.
