2024 Results:

Data Collected 2nd January to 19th March 2024. Results published 11th July 2024.

435 Surveys sent, 120 completed and returned – 28% completion rate.

  • 41% find it easy to get through to GP practice by phone.  (No change from 2023)
  • 41% find it easy to contact this GP practice using their website (New Q’s)
  • 49% find it easy to contact this GP practice using the NHS App (New Q’s)
  • 75% find the receptionists at this GP practice helpful (Down 8% - 83% in 2023)
  • 57% were offered a choice of time or day when they last tried to make a general practice appointment (Up 1% - 56% in 2023)
  • 28% usually get to see or speak to their preferred GP when they would like to (Down 2% - 26% in 2023)
  • 72% described their experience of making an appointment as good (Up 16% - 56% in 2023)
  • 93% respondents say the healthcare professional they saw or spoke to was good at listening to them during their last general practice appointment (up 5% - 88% in 2023)
  • 75% describe their overall experience of this GP practice as good (Up 2% - 77% in 2023)
