The NHS wants to hear from wheelchair users living in Greenwich borough, their families and carers to help improve services.
The Community Wheelchair Service provides assessments, equipment, and ongoing support for children and adults in Bexley, Bromley and Greenwich who require wheelchairs for mobility and independence. The current service contract is due to end in November 2026 and NHS South East London Integrated Care Board (ICB) is planning for the future.
The NHS wants to ensure that the service continues to meet the needs of local people and are reviewing how the service is currently working and what could be improved.
They want to hear your experiences of:
Referral and assessment
Waiting times
Choice and suitability of equipment
Delivery, repairs, and maintenance
Support for growth or changing needs over time
Communication and overall experience of the service

The survey closes on 5th January 2026.
